Royal Brass and Hose leads by our mission of “Customer Growth and Satisfaction Through Exceptional Service”. We have spent the last 3 years selecting and implementing a new ERP system to improve our operations and our customers’ experience. We chose Microsoft Dynamics 365 for Finance and Operations as our new system and D365 is a powerful tool that will help us serve our customers better and grow in the future.
We have spent the last several months modifying, testing, and training. We are ready to go live!
Royal Brass and Hose will be closed Friday, February 28th to begin the process of switching over. Our website will be unavailable beginning February 27th. We will reopen on Monday, March 3rd, with the goal of a seamless experience for our customers and users. We hope we don’t have to lean on your patience during this time, but we must acknowledge that our team will encounter some unexpected problems during the first few days. Just know that we have a team in the background addressing issues in real time and will resolve it as quickly as possible.
